Modelling Case Studies: Mathematical basis of population models, marine ecosystem model, Box model for nutrients flux analysis, Ocean and coastal models, Air-sea gas exchange and gas transfer models, climate models, coupled models 6. Statistical Analysis and Numerical Modelling for Oceanography Data: Probability distribution, time series data modeling, Monte Carlo, Markov Chain, Markov chain Monte Carlo simulation, Least square and regression model, goodness of fit, linear and non linear least squares techniques Recommended Books 1.
