Differential Calculus: Functions of real variables and their graphs; limit, continuity and derivative; physical meaning of derivative of a function; higher derivatives; Leibnitz’s theorem; Rolle’s theorem; mean value theorem; Taylor’s theorem; Taylor’s and Maclaurin’s series without proofs; maximum and minimum values of a function; functions of two and three variables; partial and total derivatives; concavity and convexity of a function. Integral Calculus: Physical meaning of integration of a function; evaluation of indefinite integrals; definition of Riemann integral; fundamental theorem of integral calculus and its application to definite integrals; double and triple integration; application of integration in finding lengths, areas and volumes.
